The FEMM app is a lovely free app for fertility awareness and menstrual cycle charting. Note, the app provides guidance on fertile and non-fertile days, but remember that women seeking to postpone or avoid pregnancy should always use fertility awareness apps with the training of a certified fertility awareness instructor.
